The right specialist, vetted.

A vetted directory of cross-border specialists is being built: chosen on fit and track record, not who pays the most. No launch date announced.

Heed's mobility tools, at a glance

Visa and structure tools are available now. Financial, insurance and Marketplace access are still pre-launch.

What you get

The Marketplace is still being built and has no announced launch date. The intended directory will prioritise jurisdiction-specific fit and track record over payment, but access and Circle services are not promised until the operating model is final.

  • Tax advisors: cross-border specialists for US/UK dual filings, EU exit tax, CRS reporting, crypto disposal
  • Immigration lawyers: golden visas, talent visas, residency programs, citizenship-by-investment, jurisdiction by jurisdiction
  • Relocation agents: housing, schools, healthcare, and the dozens of small things a move actually involves
  • Private bankers: a named relationship manager who opens the account a neobank won't, for the non-resident or crypto-derived case
  • Insurance brokers: bespoke health, life, and asset cover for cross-border and high-net-worth situations, placed by someone who knows the market

How it works

01

Independent intake

Structured interview, real cases, real jurisdictions. No generic global firms with no in-country depth.

02

Track record check

Bar memberships, licensing, regulatory standing, references from actual clients.

03

Member feedback loop

Members will rate every engagement. Providers who underdeliver will be removed. No pay-to-stay.

04

Transparent relationships

When a partner relationship is commercial, we disclose it. Introductions are based on fit and track record, not who pays the most.

That access model has not been finalised. The Marketplace has no announced launch date, and Heed is not currently promising directory access, warm introductions, or member rates to any tier.

They're two layers. Financial Navigator is the products layer: banks, brokers, crypto venues, and cards you open yourself, self-serve, the neobanks and accounts included. The Marketplace is the people layer: a vetted human you engage and pay, a private banker who handles a complex onboarding, an insurance broker, an immigration lawyer. Use Navigator to find the account; use the Marketplace when you need someone to handle it for you.

There is no announced launch date. We are validating providers and the operating model before making access promises.

Generic directories list whoever pays. The Marketplace lists who's actually good in a specific jurisdiction for a specific problem, after an independent vetting process. We remove providers who underdeliver.

Some partner relationships include a referral fee. When that's the case, we disclose it. Fees never override vetting, a partner can't pay their way onto the Marketplace or stay on it if members rate them poorly.

Initial focus is the jurisdictions Heed members actually relocate to most: Portugal, UAE, Switzerland, Singapore, Italy, Spain, UK, US, and the major Caribbean CBI programs. We expand based on member demand.

Apply via the partner application page. We'll review and reach out if there's a fit. We list a small number of providers per jurisdiction per category, quality over quantity.

Only what you choose to share when you engage them. Heed does not pass member data to partners. Introductions are opt-in, on your terms.

The Marketplace is the people layer: vetted advisers, lawyers, bankers, and brokers for when you want a human to handle it. The other tools list products you choose yourself: Visa Match finds residency and visa programs (where you can live), Structure Match finds company structures (what to set up, and where), Financial Navigator finds accounts (banks, brokers, multicurrency, crypto rails), and Insurance finds health and travel policies.
