Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal and stay active until the end of the current cycle. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid period; there are no early-termination fees. You can move down to Signal at any time and keep your profile, bookmarks, scenarios, and history intact. Downgrading restricts feature access to the new tier but never deletes data, so you can upgrade again later without losing anything.

No. Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. If a charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact support@heed.finance and we will investigate the billing error.

Circle accepts applications, but Heed does not publish a price or launch date and does not guarantee admission. The intended relationship is the room and what comes with it: a community in closed-door salons and curated events, a network of vetted partners wherever a member is based, and deal flow and opportunities sourced through Circle's partners, alongside private briefings before the public feed, priority handling and 300 Ask Heed credits a month. The room, the partner network and that access are planned future directions; none of it is live, dated, priced, or guaranteed, and Heed introduces rather than advises, recommends or handles money.
